Do our pets go to heaven when they die?

My 5 year old Shih tzu died a few months ago. She was the sweetest and most loving dog I ever had. She’s the reason why always rush to go home so I can play with her. Such a precious creature. To me, she is priceless and she will always have a special place in my heart. I always think where she is now? Do our pets go to heaven when they die?

Religious groups have different explanation and perspectives about this topic. Even the bible seems to have no clear explanation about this. “The poor man had nothing, except one little ewe lamb which he had bought and nourished; and it grew up together with him and with his children. It ate of his own food and drank from his own cup and lay in his bosom; and it was like a daughter to him” (2 Samuel 12:3, NKJV).Some believe that they live and then they die and just gone at all. On the other hand, some says that the paradise in heaven opens its doors and welcomes them. The opinion of everyone is divided.

Everything on earth is created for a very special purpose. Our pets, and all the other animals, they too are created to be part of this wonderful environment. They have souls. They have emotions and lives that matter to us the most. On this particular topic if our pets will go to heaven, personally, I would answer straight YES!, Do I have a basis? Doesn’t matter, there’s no need. Our pets gave us unconditional love. They never hated nor disgraced anyone. They have the purest heart and heaven for sure will be more than happy to accept them with open arms. If they can only talk, they would just say all the beautiful things we did to them.

It will always be nicer to have pets running around the heaven right. My Britney is now my guardian angel. I don’t see her, but I know I always have her with me. In my mind and in my heart forever.
